A new startup in Taiwan focusing on mass customization production is looking for a talented mid-level software developer.  This is an unique chance to work with latest technologies such as Jifty and other ajax libraries with world-class, top-notch developers and ui designers.

If you are looking for a decent software house that takes software engineering and development processes seriously, this is your place.  A workflow with issue tracking, version control, branch management, automated QA and a dedicated QA team enables us agile development and robustness of the results.

We primarily use Perl but you don't need to be an experienced Perl programming, as long as you are a fast learner.  You will be working from home most of the time, so you must be comfortable and productive telecommuting.  We use and contribute to open-source software a lot, so you'll have chances to work on open-source projects.

我們主要使用 Perl 語言，不過你不需要是一個相當有經驗的 Perl 程式設計師，只要你有信心快速地學會新的東西。大部分的時候你會在家工作， 但也因此你必需要能夠適應遠程辦工並維持你應有的工作效率。同時，我們是大量使用開發源碼的軟體，也做了些許貢獻，因此你也會有機會把時間花在開發開放源碼專案上。
